Privacy policy
- This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics or tracking and has no forms.
- Vekora Research is used only by the owner of Vekora Designs, on the owner's own computer. It has no other users and collects no customer data.
- Data received from Google APIs is aggregated keyword statistics from the owner's own Google Ads account. It stays on the owner's computer for a limited time and is never sold, shared, used for advertising or used to train AI models.
1. Who is responsible
Vekora Designs is an owner-operated print-on-demand business in development, based in Lithuania. It is run by one person, who is the data controller for this policy:
- Name: Vakaris Korsakas
- Country: Lithuania
- Contact: hello@vekoradesigns.com
Vekora Designs is not yet registered as a business. Until it is, the person named above is responsible for this policy.
2. This website
- No cookies, no analytics, no advertising or tracking code, no embedded third-party content and no forms.
- The site is hosted by Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare's hosting service). Like any web host, it processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the pages and protect them from abuse, under its own privacy policy. Vekora Designs does not receive or keep these logs.
- If you email us, we use your address and message only to reply, and delete them when they are no longer needed for that, unless the law requires us to keep them longer. Messages to our address are forwarded to the owner's Gmail mailbox, so the email services that deliver and store them (including Google) process them under their own terms.
3. Vekora Research
Vekora Research is a desktop application that runs only on the owner's own Windows computer. It is not offered to the public, has no user accounts and is used only by the owner of Vekora Designs to decide which original products to design. It does not collect personal data about customers, website visitors or other people.
3.1 Data from Google APIs (Google Ads API)
What it accesses. After the owner signs in with Google and grants access through Google's OAuth consent screen, Vekora Research connects to the owner's own Google Ads account through the Google Ads API. It uses only Keyword Planner's keyword-idea and historical-metrics functions to request:
- keyword ideas for product-related search terms (for example "botanical poster");
- approximate average and monthly search volumes and Google's advertiser competition level for those keywords, for one country at a time (United States, Germany, United Kingdom, France).
These are aggregated statistics. They contain no information about individual people. Vekora Research does not create, change or delete campaigns, ads, budgets or billing settings, and it does not access any account other than the owner's own.
How it is used. Only to estimate general search interest per country, so the owner can decide which product types and themes deserve original designs. Figures are labelled as approximate Google estimates and are never presented as sales or as marketplace demand.
How it is stored.
- The statistics are stored in a local database file on the owner's computer, with the date, country and source of each figure. They are never uploaded to a server.
- They are kept for 90 days. After that they are deleted by the application at the start of its next research run or when the owner runs its clean-up command, whichever comes first. The keyword texts received from Google, and the application's saved comparisons that may contain the statistics, are cleared at the same time.
- The OAuth credentials (client ID, client secret and refresh token) are kept only on the owner's computer, outside the database, and are sent only to Google. They are never written to logs or shared.
- A request log records which Keyword Planner function was called, when and with what result, but never the credentials.
How it is shared. It is not. Data received from Google APIs is never sold, rented, shared with or transferred to third parties, never used for advertising or profiling, and never sent to artificial-intelligence services. It is not used to develop, improve or train AI or machine-learning models.
Google's policy. Vekora Research's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Revoking access and deletion. The owner can revoke Vekora Research's access at any time in the Google Account settings under Third-party connections. Stored statistics are deleted when the retention period ends. When the owner withdraws access, collection stops and the application's clean-up deletes the stored statistics (statistics collected on that same day are deleted from the following day).
3.2 Data from Printify
Vekora Research reads Printify's product catalogue (product types and print providers) through Printify's read-only catalogue API, using the owner's own access token. This is product information, not personal data. It is stored only on the owner's computer for 90 days, is not shared with anyone and is not sent to AI services. No orders, customer details or shop data are accessed.
3.3 Other data
Vekora Research does not collect data from any marketplace or website automatically. Market observations the owner looks up by hand are stored locally as the owner's own notes. If any of this changes, this policy will be updated first.
The Vekora Designs shop on Etsy is not open yet. Before it opens, this policy will be updated to explain how order details that Etsy shares with sellers are handled.
4. Security
All data stays on the owner's password- or PIN-protected Windows computer. When Vekora Research contacts Google or Printify, it uses only their official API addresses, over encrypted (HTTPS) connections, and every request is recorded in its local request log.
5. Your rights
If we hold personal data about you (for example an email you sent us), you may ask for access to it, its correction or deletion, a restriction of its use, or a copy, and you may object to its use. Write to the contact address above. You may also complain to the Lithuanian data protection authority, the State Data Protection Inspectorate (vdai.lrv.lt).
6. Children
This website and Vekora Research are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data about children.
7. Changes
If the way Vekora Research handles data changes, this page will be updated before the change takes effect, and the date at the top will change.
